Before you spend your hard earned money on promotional items, make sure you love your logo. If not, you might want to invest in having our skilled graphic artists develop some new concepts for you. We’ll give you three unique ideas and 2 revisions for $300 with any purchase. While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product. We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. If a site price is incorrect on an item that you ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget.
We enjoy providing valuable special offers to our customers. Unless stated otherwise, all special offers are subject to the following standard terms and conditions:
Each offer may only be used one time per customer.
Special offers may not be combined on a single order.
Each product purchased is considered separate order, even when multiple orders are placed at the same time.
When qualifying for special offers, order size does not include shipping or tax.
Special offers and coupons may are only valid on orders purchased at web site pricing.
Special offers may not be valid on certain items.
To redeem any special offer, the coupon code must be given at the time of ordering.
These terms allow us to create special offers that are valuable and simple. If you have any questions about these terms, please contact your Promotions Specialist.
You could also call us for personal assistance. Please note that you must consider delivery time when figuring out when you will receive your order. We can only guarantee that your order will leave the factory on time according to the shipping method that you specify. Rush orders often incur additional charges and you may be required to limit the complexity of your artwork. For rush orders, you must submit your art by email.Rush orders and going beyond the call of duty are our specialty and we enjoy the challenge of delivering the impossible. In most cases, there will be an additional rush charge added to your order.
Standard Orders
There are no order processing fees on customized orders over $400.00 or blank orders over $250.00.Small Orders:
Customized Merchandise In order to be able to provide our clients with the ability to place small orders for custom merchandise, we are pleased to offer the option of placing orders as small as $250.00.
If your order totals less than $400.00, excluding shipping and taxes, S.M.L.S., Inc. will automatically add a $60.00 order processing charge to your order. This fee will be waived if you are placing multiple orders at the same time that total at least $800.00. In the case of reorders, this fee will be reduced to $30.00.
In rare cases, factory less than minimum charges may be required in addition to S.M.L.S., Inc. order processing charge.
Small Orders: Blank Merchandise
An order processing charge of $10.00 will be added to all blank merchandise orders under $250.00.
